What This Means

Our agents (with written fiduciary relationship) will be held accountable for their actions by their clients. They will care for their clients' best interest. They will be obedient to the lawful direction of their clients. They will be loyal to their clients. All appropriate state-mandated forms will be used.

If any of these do not take place, the client must contact the broker in writing. After the broker acknowledges the correspondence, the agent's services will be free. Notice must be given at least 48 hours before the loan closing.

It does not matter if the agent is a buyer's agent, a seller's agent, or a dual agent.
